Urban Sleep Sanctuary will be a smart bedroom, where sensors are being combined with household furniture. As a result, indoor environmental factors could be controlled and users’ sleep vitals could also be measured. Both personal and environmental data such as blood oxygen, hart rate, body temperature, heartbeat, sound, light, temperature, humidity, and air quality index are to be collected. The personal data will be provided to the users and doctors for further understanding of sleep quality, whereas the environmental data will be used to provide the control of corresponding electronic appliances.

​摘要：《都会寝室》是由北京服装学院提出的智能化寝室方案,研究团队来自于新媒体系与产品系的师生,并且结合大量医学界与行业界的支持。我们以设计师的角度试图为年轻上班族提出一个解决睡眠问题的智能居家方案,用来面向20岁至35岁熟悉使用移动互联网的亚健康人群大军,提供他们一个具备良好睡眠品质的室内微环境,提升工作效能与居住生活。
